Purpose

These terms govern the use of tools.volcraft.fr and its API, published by VOLCRAFT. Using the site or the API means you accept these terms.

Service

The site offers free online tools with no sign-up: a web interface and a public REST API. The publisher may add, change or remove a tool at any time.

Use of the API

• The API is free, needs no key and is limited to 60 calls per minute per IP address. Beyond that, calls are refused (status 429).
• You must not bypass this limit, overload the service or use it for unlawful purposes.
• The publisher may block abusive use without notice.

Liability

The tools are provided "as is". Results are for information only and do not replace professional advice, especially accounting or tax advice for VAT calculations. Check them before any important use.

The publisher strives to keep the site available but does not guarantee continuous access. It cannot be held liable for indirect damage or for service interruptions.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the data you enter and of the results. The site, its logo and code remain the property of the publisher (see the legal notice).

Changes to these terms

The publisher may change these terms. The applicable version is the one published on this page, with its update date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, first contact contact@volcraft.fr for an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection rules.
